First time in 15 years, I mowed the lawn yesterday. Bought a little electric lawnmower on eBay and figured I'd better try it out. If I can just figure out how to keep the cord from getting all tangled up, I'll be set. I was a little leery about the electric mowers because I didn't know if they'd have enough power. Sure enough, works like a champ. Yes, I can still move. No, it's not pretty :)
James and Misha came over a week ago Saturday. James was kind enough to mow the lawn for me then and it looked great. It'll be a while before I get it down that well. This was the first time Jaime had ever had anyone over to our place to play. She did really well sharing her toys and letting Misha pick games he wanted to play. There was some complex train game where we all sat on the couch and gave Misha tickets. Jaime played right along. They had great fun and she's ready to have him come visit again.
This week we're catching up on random pictures. I've got more so don't worry. No one has to go without their Jaime fix :)

The Mall

One nice thing about living in the city is the malls usually have a little play area for the kids. Cold, rainy days we can just run on over to the mall and play for a while. This one's at Lakeline and we were waiting to have pictures taken with the Easter Bunny.

At the Park (actually, two different parks)

Let's see if I can get these shoes off before Mommy catches me...

Kiddie Acres

No, I don't need you to stand beside me anymore. Yes, I will hold on with both hands. Go, sit on the bench, Mommy.

Back at home...I love living in a house!

Finally warm enough to play in the sprinkler. Jaime started out kind of running round the outside edge but it wasn't long until she got brave.
