Jaime's first Halloween started with a party at both schools then one at Babys R Us on Friday. Then Saturday we went shopping with Leatha at the outlet mall in San Marcos where we got fabulous closeout deals on Disney costumes (hey, they're good for all year round fun, right?) Then to the Doss "Howl" at her new school.

Sunday, Mommy got sick and fortunately Kyra and Rog took Jaime for the day. I survived and picked her up in the afternoon. Jaime LOVED all the cats and dogs. She's still talking about it.

The beautiful princess at her first Halloween Ball. Someone actually stopped us in the parking lot and said they wished they had a camera. Posted by Hello

Okay, let's get started already... Posted by Hello

Drop the ball in the pumpkin and win a prize! Posted by Hello

For Grandma. The painted mini-pumpkins. Posted by Hello

And the beautiful princess gallops away on a white horse... Posted by Hello

Okay, Leatha, I'm going to explain this once. Here's how to tie your shoes. Over and under and pull it up tight... Posted by Hello

Make a loop...go around...poke it through and PULL! Posted by Hello

Down the slide again. This was a big one and the Piglet costume made it go really fast! Posted by Hello

Hey! I see a slide! Get with it, Mommy! Posted by Hello

Trick or Treating at Kyra and Rog's  Posted by Hello

Jaime wore the Piglet costume Halloween night. Easier to walk in, I think. Posted by Hello

Trick or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat! Posted by Hello

The booty! Not bad for her first Halloween! Posted by Hello

Jaime started "Big Girl School" last week. She goes to the public preschool 3 hours a day now. She loves it. Somewhere I have pictures of her on her way to school but I couldn't find the disk right now. Someday I will :)

After Jaime's first day of "Big Girl School", she came home to find a beanbag chair. Needless to say, she loves it. Posted by Hello

....And....JUMP! Posted by Hello

Got to have a new backpack for school. The old one she had was too small to fit her notebook inside. Posted by Hello

The Pervasive Power Charge which is an event sponsored by my former employer. Hey, it's free and Jaime thinks the slide and face painting are too cool. She also spent some time in the bounce house.

Jaime's favorite seems to be the slide now. Up the slide.... Posted by Hello

...And down the slide.... Posted by Hello

Face painting is always a hit. Two clowns did the painting, I think this one did the best job. We waited a long time. Posted by Hello

The finishing touches... Posted by Hello

Look, Mommy, I'm a kitty! Posted by Hello

Close up of the kitty face! Is that a cute kitty or what? Posted by Hello

Waiting patiently for a balloon animal... Posted by Hello
